Maurice has over 18 years of experience in multi-residential properties, with extensive knowledge in the construction and development of multi-family housing, condominiums, retirement homes, as well as retail, commercial and industrial projects. Prior to founding Sparkle Solutions, Maurice was Vice President, Corporate, of Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (CAPREIT). Prior to this, he was a Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (ResREIT), where he was instrumental in the acquisition, financing and operations of over 11,000 apartment units. Ray Helwig |

Ray currently oversees Sparkle’s daily operations, from appliance sales to laundry route operations, and the commercial laundry sales and installation division. With more than 22 years in the laundry-route-operating industry, Ray was previously a principal in RHD Laundries, which managed over 10,000 machines in Ontario and Alberta. Ray has vast technical experience in the laundry industry: designing the most efficient venting and mechanical systems; selling machines and on-premise-laundry systems to the hotel and retirement home industries; and, managing the appliance sales distribution business for RHD. Walter Cardozo |

Walter is responsible for all aspects of Sparkle Solutions’ operations, with a focus on making Operations excellence a competitive advantage for Sparkle. Within the Operations group, he oversees the Service Department, Assembly Shop and Installations, ensuring the proper service and maintenance of the company’s route fleet equipment. Walter also supervises the introduction, preparation, installation and day-to-day maintenance of the SparkleXpress laundry system, with over 100 locations province-wide. An accomplished sales leader with over 16 years’ experience in the apartment laundry industry, Randy brings to Sparkle a disciplined approach to sales and client service. Randy has developed strong relationships with most of the landlords in the province including FRPO, GTAA, OPNHA and the Co-op Housing Federations.
